My name is Saverio Locchi, I became vegan to support my mother who, after extensive research about the numerous health benefits that being vegan affords, decided to become vegan.There was just one problem, neither of us knew how to make good vegan dishes, the first few days we relied soley on fruits and salads.Needless to say, it was a painful existance. Finally we decided to do some more reaserch and found some recipes, after that life became a whole lot easier and I truly started to enjoy eating vegan food and recieving the benefits that come with such a transaction.
